My wheels would have fallen off so many times LOL! Besides getting my car dirty in the rain it is almost worth it, for the pure enjoyment factor. Open parking lots are to tempting.

i would exactly say doing donuts in the rain/snow is putting the car under load.. when i think of a car being under load, i think of it actually going somewhere or towing something. when in all reality, youre not. if doing donuts is bad, then so is revving your engine at some dumb ricer at a light. only diff here is youre actually having fun

Geez...
Go out in the rain and have fun. Stay off the limiter- you don't need to floor it. You'll have more control if you're only half way into the throttle anyway. Floor it, and you'll just spin helplessly in a silly little circle forever. AND if you REALLY must be cautious... I guess the only thing I can add is don't hold the steering wheel at full lock the whole time.
Hey, with the rain you get the practice minus the tread wear.

yea, dont hold the wheel at full lock. you would be surprised at how many ps pumps have to be replaced cause of that. and do like he said, dont stay at 6k rpms...you dont need to. the trick is once its spinning, to stay in control and only give it enough throttle to keep it going. which for me is right around 3k on dry pavement
