Default Weird turn signal problem

Alright here's the deal.

The passenger side turn signal is blown(the rear blinker stays solid, the dash blinker is solid, the front light is gone), however the outside light stays on.

The driver side turn signal blinks, but the outside light doesn't come on.

What the hell is the deal here?

Sounds like a blown turn signal bulb. You need to check them.

Would the blown turn signal bulb on the passenger side mess up the outside light on the driver side, though?
