Default 205 miles to a full tank?

Does that sound right? Mods are in the sig, car is an A4

This tank was 100% street driving, however I didn't let it goes complete to E(the check gauge light didn't come on).

I thought that was a bit low.

Hmmm...

205 mi divided by 14.5 gallons = 14.137 mpg. Sounds like a happy gas pedal!

Cruise like you're taking your Granny back to the rest home and you should get 260-280 miles.

Ouch for you A4 guys Just drove from Harrisonburg, VA to Allentown, PA (265 miles) Showing halfway between 1/4 and 1/2 tank on the gauge and raced about 5 times on the way. 2x with a Subie STI and 3x with a new M3. All runs from about 80 to 125 or so in 4th. 5x I win, hehe. /bow to the 6th gear. JK

i usually get between 240 and 250 before the check gauges light comes on. Get about 220 to 230 if i've gone to the track that week. Almost hit 300 once cuz i was driving miss daisy, don't know how i managed that. All street driving with a couple minutes of highway.

Well she has 55K on her now, not sure when/if the last owner did plugs,O2's and other stuff.

When the headers go on the tune up will get done, hopefully that'll help

I count on 150 miles till the 1/4 tank mark. (city driving) I do believe the metal gas tank used through 98 is smaller though. I only got 14-16 mpg stock. Last trip back from the track I got like 22 mpg.

I usually get 260 miles to a tank on my normal week, it includes highway (WOT to get to 70 ) and city driving (normal running around errands)
Mine's an M6, and aside from a lid and !CAGS is mechanically stock (be interesting to see if the new cat back decreases mpg)

205 sounds kind of low. My M6 gets an average of 210 miles, at the 1/4 tank mark, with 4.10 gears and a small cam

Yea, the 98s have the 15.5 gallon steel tank. 99-02 have a 16.8 gallon plastic tank
