it might give you a .10 in the 1/4.. You will see no HP increase .. A pulley will only free up HP that is already there.. Only mods that will get you *more* power are ones that will get more air/fuel in the motor.

Generally when we talk "more" power we are talking about to the wheels. Joel is right that your engine will not make more gross horsepower, but it will have less parasytic loss from the accessories which will allow for a slightly higher net horsepower to the rear wheels. <10hp gain, probably closer to 5hp, but every little bit helps.
