What kind of car is it?? Change all the fluids to be safe, get a new airfliter, and get the suspension, bushings etc lubricated/serviced, i'd flush the cooling system too, but thats just me, then throw some water wetter in there then go break those new tires in! Oh yea, one last thing, i also hear the the stock ls1 cam is a lil small, and the manifolds would flow alot better if they were long tubes

Oil change. Synthetic oil (mobil 1 0w40 or german castrol or amsoil). Wix, K&N or Mobil 1 oil filter.
New transmission fluid. Any name brand dexron III. (no synthetics)
Rear end fluid could be done if you feel like it.
NGK TR55 plugs.
Will you be doing any mods soon? (cough*torque converter*cough)
Congratulaions.

Warranty doesn't cover any maintanence. For all you know those are stock plugs in there. Might as well swap them out. Have fun getting to #8.
(ps, you might as well install headers and do plugs then. Not only are plugs easy when doing headers, but they are easier with headers than manifolds)
