What company do people go to for car insurance for more replacement value?

What company do people go to for car insurance for more replacement value? I just was thinking today if I lost my car in a fire or it was stolen my insurance right now would cut me a check for prob 8-10K I think I have about 25K into it without even adding everything up.
Just wondering where to start looking for extra insurance for it. I looked on the Hagerty site and it wasn't to bad but they specify no Nitrous or roll bar.
