Default How far did you go for a LS1?

Well...? How far did you travel to get your ride? Or how far would you travel to get one? With the ways things are looking for me, I'll be lucky to find something within 300 miles of where I live. Looks like a long trip for me to get to my baby...

I went a whole 5 miles to get my car. The guy who was selling it was local so that was nice. I dont know how far I would go, whenever I searched autotrader I would put in a 100 mile radius. So probley something around 100 miles.

I went about ~40 miles North to get my car. Not a big deal. Took about 30-45 minutes to get there. Personally I wouldn't travel more than 150 miles to get a car.

I drove 10 miles to a Dodge dealership.
Had the Charger been out at that time things may have been different.

I searched the web for about 2 wks and found mine about a mile away.

The 92 RS, on the other hand...I drove 260 miles to look at it, then back...and got a trailer to go get it the next day.

Over 1800 miles one way. I live in Bowling Green, Ky. Drove to Nashville, TN and got a one way flight to Las Vegas. Bought the car and drove over 1800 miles home. Love my car but if I had to do it again I would have someone local check it out before I spent that kind of time and money.

Wow good luck with that. Hopefully it will work out for you. (But don't pay attention to what I'm about to say.)

Thats the main reason I dred and am so hesitant to going so far to get a car because it might not be what you expect or something could be wrong with it and then it was all worth nothing....

I went about 30 miles to get mine. But I would've gladly gone to the state lines to get it.
