Money..... next question.
Are you talking Flywheel, or Rwhp? I assume RWHP. Full bolt ons + mild cam will get you there power wise. Now you will want to support the power mods with drivetrain mods. If you have a M6 you will want a stronger clutch. If you have an A4 you will want a converter. And in both cases you should plan for a 12 bolt.

You may not need a 12bolt if your an a4 with 400rwhp, i know of 2 11.2xx cars in my city with a 10bolt on their a4 and drive the **** out of their cars. For flywheel thats easy, full exhaust, lid, pulley, intake. for the wheels throw a cam and a tune in and your there, keep inmind once you do a converter of your an a4 it will 'hide' the numbers from the dyno

A4's are definitely easier on the 10 bolt. I know of one that is knocking on 10's with a stock 10 bolt. He had quite a few passes on his stock one before it snapped. He hooked up really well and it looked like he was going to pull the front left tire off the ground. Snap.
But if 400rwhp is what he is going for then planning for a 12 bolt isnt a bad idea. Think of it as a rainy day fund
