Default What is this part?
I found this part laying behind the passenger headlight. I have had my car, a 99 Z28 convertible since last June. What is this part? I hope my picture turns out.

its a plug that plugs into your headlight, i think it helps with condensation. i could be wrong though.

That's what I thought at first but here is a picture of the end. The hole has fibrous material like a filter in it.
