Sometimes it can leak during rain, mostly just water drips from the top corner of the driver window. A friend who has had 2 hardtop cars, they've leaked from the same spot under the same circumstances.

You could get hard top T/A's... The ttops were standerd, but I've seen a few hard tops, deffinatly a rarity though.. Most of the hardtops around here are v6, earlymodle 4th gens... Theres 3 white sixbanger hardtops around here.

Oh, I absolutely LOOOOOVE my t-tops... can't get enough of the squeaking, rattling, terrible wind noise, and my left arm getting wet when it's pouring rain. Haven't had them off the damn car once since I bought it either because almost all of my driving involves a short period of highway and it's just too noisy at highway speed.

If I can find a hardtop for sale near me I'm tradin'!!!! Just my $.02.

Should have bought a car that was in better condition. Did you test drive it, find those qualities and buy it anyway?

Well, I never had a chance to test drive one in rain. I test drove a few t-top cars (2 LS1 Camaros including the one I bought, an LT1 Camaro, and an LS1 Trans Am) and they ALL had the rattling/wind noise issue. I finally broke down and bought the car because I wanted the LS1 badly enough I decided it was worth it to put up with it.

I also test drove a 98 C5 Vette with the targa top as well and it had the same issues, coincidentally.

I get wind noise when I get passed 130MPH. I think the windows start bowing out, all I have to do is slow down and open and close each window.
