Default Do you warm your car up?

I was wondering if anyone here lets their car warm up when they start it first thing in the morning, if so how long?

I used to always warmup my cars for about 5 mins. Now I just warmup my ls1 for 30 secs and just keep the revs lower than 2500rpm until the car is up to normal temp.

In the morning before going to work, I go out and start it up, go in for my coffee, grab my stuff and then head on to work

Yeah thats all I really do, is let her warm up for 30 or 45 secs and then keep her under 2000 rpms for a few minutes.

Get in, start car, put on seatbelt, turn ASR off, plug in radar detecter, turn radio on/change station, drive away.

The key is to keep the revs down while it is warming up. Sitting and idling is a useless waste.

Yeah, I do that my whole way to work.....sitting and idling.......1500 RPMs to the next stoplight....repeat till I get to the office......No point in warming my car up.
