Hell of deal, I got mine for 8k last year with 55,xxx miles on it.

::edit:: The only thing I saw that I didnt like was the fitment of the hood on the drivers side above the light. But id sure deal with it for the price!

i was also looking at this , but the a/c system has been removed, along with the power steering, and i know it would be a biotch to get them installed again.

122k miles is nothing for these cars..

I'd pay 8 on that car. Sure why not?

personally i love the look of the black one... i think the gap between the headlight and hood is a shadow.. ima have to look it over real good, and make sure there is no wreck. i sorta wanted a 6 spd... which tranny holds up better? the a4 or the t56? im thinking a 3.73 gear, and maybe a 1800-2000 torq conv. might be sweet...

i just dont wanna have to rebuild the engine as soon as i start driving it hard.

A4 will be better if your gonna be racing any at the strip, and with the M6 you'll have a harder time launching at the track...

And if you go A4, try 3000-4000 stall for a daily driver car instead of 1800-2000, haha.

... I've got 116k on mine & it doesn't burn/use any oil & compression is still strong on it... Of course it all has to do with how well a car is maintained too... In this case, from the looks of the car, it appears to have been well taken care of.. I'd jump on it at that price.
