A black Z for about 8.7k.. You're probably looking at a '98, and chances are it's been ragged on a bit. LS1s are pretty stout engines IMO; I'd be more worried about everything else, such as the tranny, power window motors, body condition, leakages, etc. Nothing that can't be fixed. Find out how it was driven, how its Carfax reads, its mods, why it's being sold, and other variables that might raise a red flag.

Miles aren't the issue that they were 20 years ago.............. improved technology and the very repeatable machine proceedures used now are lightyears ahead of old. Twenty years ago, manufacturers didn't even put the 6th digit on the odometers because they didn't expect the life expectancy to reach 100k miles............ now they do.
I have a 148k mile '00 B4C Camaro, and it runs like a new one........ how they are driven play a big role too...... 150k miles of city driving like a taxi would be rough, but 150k miles of mostly highway driving is a completely different story.
