You bought a car from an owner who has no idea what cam is in it?

How many miles on the current valve springs??

That's a pretty big cam....but not crazy big.

Cutouts open...probably somewhere in the 230s???//

Maybe high 220's to 230's at least a 112 LSA I'd say. I hope that the car was warm before you revved it like that.

probly about 10k miles on the springs. they were replaced with the cam or so he seys.

and yes it was warm, i had been driving it around for about an hour and a half.
i always let my cars warm up before even driving them. especially in the winter time.

with the cutout open, it sounds like a "redneck" truck till about 3000 or 3500 rpms then it smooths out and pulls hard all the way to redline. feels like the power band picks up most about 4500

thanks for the guesses on the cam spec
