Its pretty but there are a couple more things that you could do to improve flow. http://www.geocities.com/wilwaxu/throttlebody.html This is a good write up to look at. Make sure you grind down the bump stop to about 4.69 volts on the tps, if this hasnt been done already. And cut the shaft like shown in the article. You could also fill up the cut out area with a metal/aluminum filler but this is a pain. Knifing the leading the edge of the throttle blade will also help. These are minor things that could be done but either way you have a very nice p&p TB. looks good.

Thanks everyone, the seller said it was opened up so it would go the full 90 degrees & not 85.
I am not sure about the size of the TB.

$150 is what I paid. I was winning a Jantzer then got outbid at the last minute. There were cheaper ones on there for $100 but the inside didn't appear to really be polished.

is it actually safe to make it open 100%?because my tranny blew 5 times in 3 months and we think its the ecm wouldnt send a signal.

Your tranny blowing has nothing to do with the throttle position sensor
