Yeah, a lot of people don't have much good to say about the loudmouth (original), but I have one on my ride, and IMHO I think it's one of the best sounding systems out there, and cheap too.

does the stock system on a 02 Z28 unbolt anywhere so that i can just bolt on the loudmouth instead of having to cut the stock system off and weld the loudmouth on?

Get ready to be bashed by most everybody one this board, regarding the LM. I have it and LOVE it. But most people dont like it. Dont let anybody tell you different if you like.
Long live the LM...

I have a SLP powerflow on my GTP, unfortunally because its a V6 it sounds raspy and poppy when its under full throttle, its sounds good at start up though lol. One of my friends with a 2000 T/A has Corsa on his car, thats a pretty sick exhaust too, expensive though.

People only bash the LM because it sounds like crap after you get headers and an ORY, but it sounds amazing on stock manifolds and cats. Some of the gain is in your head, some is actual, when a car sounds louder, the gains seem higher than they are (and there is some substatial gain), hence all the ricers who have defening ear bleeding horrible sounding exhausts (now nice imports I have nothing against, a cammed EVO sounds AMAZING), they think loud = fast, even if it sounds like a mean lawn mower. And the guy going from the Flowmaster, I'm assuming its an 80 series you left, you probably felt more because that exhaust restricts flow.
