Default SLP package

I just bought a 2000 camaro SS, and it has the SLP Package with the intake and exhaust, just wondering if anyone knew how much total power this adds to the car.

a stock ls1 is roughly 350 hp at the crank. So, like I said, he is wrong. The fact that the car came with a lid and catback will give it more than a stock ls1.. if the power is measure on a engine dyno..or chasis dyno.

It is not a "SLP Package." It would be options from SLP. Your car went to SLP for the SS conversion, and either the dealer or person ordered it to have a lid option and dual-dual (or CME).

The SS was rated 325hp (FLYWHEEL), the dual-dual (or CME) bumped it up to 335hp (FLYWHEEL), and the optional lid gave it another 10hp = 345hp (FLYWHEEL). But I wouldn't doubt it if would chasis dyno about 320-325RWHP (M6 car).

Peace,
Craig.
