Yeah thats true, and in a lot of circumstances you need cops to have the power they do so that they can do their job. But the difference is stations that are FAR over budget like my home town. Too many cops too little crime. The cops are left with nothing to do but drive around and haggle people. Now im arkansas they're operating on a far lower budget and just simply doing what needs to be done rather than going above and beyond an harassing citizens. Its sad that I wont go back to my home town because of the police there. Every time I've been 100% curteous and used the sirs (and in this case maam). And I cant even blame it on the camaro! My first 4 tickets in this town were while I was driving my first car, a rusted out 89 cavalier with 170k miles. Its just being a young male.

If there is a good place to pull over in like a parking lot or something go their. Stuff like that.....make their job eaiser and they will cut you a lot of slack.
Not true.
I've always used my please's and thank you's and yes/no sir's...got a warning one time doing 40 in a 25 in my pathfinder. Then, in my Firebird, got a reckless driving ticket for spinning my tires doing a U-turn at midnight in january...I have a V6, mind you, so you know it wasn't anything big and smokey.

Cops pretty much make up their mind if they're gonna ticket you or not within 10 seconds of seeing you

It would be too loud if you drove it a certain way? Yea, and it would be murder if you killed someone, maybe you should go to jail for murder one?!
