cold start up ?
(17,000k on the car) with the cut out open, when I start the car up when it's cold and shift at 1500k rpms, there is a popping sound on the deceleration part, I can hear it coming from the exhaust (cutout). It goes completely away when the motor warms up to 100 degrees or so. this is not a engine tick. just wanted to know if it's any concern.

That would be your AIR system. Nothing to worry about at all.
Or maybe its just the cold air entering the exhaust and recreating a new airfront (pressure/temperature differential).
In any case, shouldnt be anything to worry about at all. I smile when mine does that
