That's what the guy who was dyno shopping was doing- "my turbo kit was 150 hp, the exhaust is another 80, blah blah ******* blah"... Yet if you asked him a tuning question, he was 100% clueless but still thought he could hit the 500 mark easily. Oh by the way, this was with a 350z lol...

Yea the side molding doesn't match at all from the fender to the door, at least that's the way it looks in the picture.

I cant believe i just wasted 10 minutes reading this whole thread.

A. The car DOES look like it was hit
B. looks like someone sold you a car that had some gas on it, as well as other mods, beat it to ****, converted it back to stock, then sold it to a naive kid.
C. Nitrous is not rice.

The molding on the fender/door, the door gap at the rear/bottom of the door and the hood gaps don't look right either. Plus the missing emblem (could have been removed) and the paint looks iffy on the front, could just be dirty. Just looks off to me, at least in the pics.

Now, I have never paid that much attention to an SS before- do they use a different air box to make the hood functional or no? I noticed the stock lid, so wasn't sure.

The airbox is the right one, the in-factory SS did not receive a special airbox, maybe just a bigger gap on the bottom for the air to flow in from the hood. Only the SLP SS had a special lid. The Trans Am Ws6 is the same way, except it is has a bigger gap at the bottom of the airbox.
