And yeah i want 400 BHP between 350-370 rwhp is enough for me

Also, a stall is highly recommended because once you cam your car, your power curve will shift toward the higher RPMs.

Seriously though you are worrying for nothing. There are three variables to picking a stall. Brand, Stall size and STR
The brand is usually asscociated with price. Yanks are the most expensive and considered the best. Fuddle or TCI are the lessor expensive bang for the buck brands. Then there is PI (vig) in the middle.
The stall speed is generally between 3000-4400.Here is my personal breakdown.
3000-3400 is mild street/strip size that has lots of street manners.
3500-4000 is medium street/strip size with some street manners.
4200-4400 is wild and loose for those who love the track and or are very lenient with what they consider streetable.
STR is Stall Torque Ratio. Basically the higher the number the harder your launches hit the back tires. You want more for track but less for the street. 1.6-2.0 is considered mild. 2.1-2.4 is considered hard hitting and 2.5+ is considered very hard hitting.
If you stay on the mild side then the streetability is fine. You hardly notice it's there unless you punch the gas and then you KNOW it's there. Remember that the LS1 motor makes more power up high in the RPM's. So a stall does three things to make us faster. They allow us to launch harder with the STR. They flash to the stall speed (3500 in my case) allowing us to bypass the lower RPM's where we are weaker. And they allow us to stay in our powerband by giving us a higher shift extension (4,700 rpm's in my case).
Being on a budget I would get a TCI 3000 stall and a B & M 24K transmission cooler. Both of those installed would dramatically increase how much you love to drive your car and be very street friendly. After a week you'll wonder why you waited so long and after a year you'll want a bigger stall. A 3000 stall will also open up your cam choices by leaps and bounds.
Sorry for the novel and good luck with your goals.
