All the lids will perform nearly the same. I'd suggest you pick a lid based on price and appearance, since HP gains will be nearly identicle.

Personally, I like the Whisper Lids. They have a nice rubber seal from the lid nexk to the MAF that other lids don't. Also, I've had two Whisper's on three different F-bodies (one for over 5 years and the other for 2+ years) and they've always fit great and held up perfectly.

+1 All the lids perform about the same. My car has the rare factory Blackwing lid on it currently but I have also had good luck with MTI as well as the aftermarket SLP lids. Just pick the one that you think looks the best.

SLP seems to have the best finish, fit and overall quality IMO. I'd recommend that.

Yep, deffinatly get one that you think will look the best on your car. That and fitment are the only things that really matter when it comes to aftermarket lids. FWIW my slp lid fits very good.

In the lid comparison article in GMHTP a long time ago, Whisper ended up being the best all around as far as finish, fitment etc. Some SLP's rub on the hood.
