15k is low miles!
I'd say $20k would be a fair price.
Is the car in Chicago? You'll always pay a little more for a car local to the salt belt that hasn't ever seen winter. It's hard to find cars around here like that. If you want cheaper prices, you'll need to travel south and/or west.

I paid 23k for 11k miles 02 WS6 and it was imacculant. In my opinion, 1 year less and the money he wants is a little much. Flash a cashiers check for 19k infront of him and im sure he will go for it.

yes the car is in chicago.. carfaxed it.. 1 owner car.. the car is IMMACULATE its amazing. gorgeous.. lol.. sittin under a car cover when i went to see it.. yah im gonna offer him 20k.. see wat he says.. i think 25k personally is too high since he prolly payed around 34k brand new.... but depreciation kicks in.. plus its a 6 yr old car.. 20k seems fair.. but the car smells like new....... its amazing..
