Default Wobbling crank pulley + oil pan leak... coincidence?

Recently I started to have oil seep through the front and sides of the oil pan. To double check I cleaned the remnants of exposed oil and ran my engine lightly and short bursts of speed. After 4-5 minutes I looked around the oil pan and there was oil seeping out of the same locations of the pan. I don't believe it's the front seal, but contained around the edges of the oil pan. Before I begin to fix it would a wobbling crank pulley cause vibration to dislocate the oil pan? Or maybe pressure in the crank case not being vented into the intake manifold? Thanks for any provided info.

The oil pan and gasket were brand new when I installed them. I followed the GM FSM line by line during the install.
