ive used TR55s ever since i bought my car, when i pulled them they were all good, replaced them w/ new TR55 and all is still good,

i might give the TR6s a try since i have more power now

When I put the LT headers on I took the stock plugs out and the NGK TR55's went in(standard ones). Didn't notice a difference from the stock plugs, but haven't had any issues either. Went with MSD wires, didn't notice any difference with them either, but no issues. I say if all is working fine now, leave it alone. I went with wires for looks, not because I needed them. I did want new plugs when I took the stock ones out, from using octane booster my plugs looked like it had a pearl looking coating on them(was told it was from octane booster).

Yes. I kneel on the battery and reach over the engine. You do need to remove the coil packs.

My TR55's looked like new after 35K when I did the heads.

NGK TR6s at around .035-.040. They will cost maybe a couple rwhp N/A, but IMO worth it on the juice.

Running Iridiums plugs here and MSD 8.5 mm super conductor wires. I have no problems and she is good as new.

Just go with the NGks, they will suit you just fine.

Everyone is pretty much right on the money...NGK TR55's for a naturally aspirated
setup and NGK TR6's for nitrous.

I'm actually running TR6's gapped down to .024.
