thanks for all your opinions.Like I said I have been looking for the last couple years and have seen this go for easily 12-13K with miles.I put down half,until i can get the rest.As soon as my 401k check comes I will post some new pics at home.

i just think the m6 is much more fun.. i realy like the a4 and they are better at the track i i've raced both,

I would def buy it! I like automatics as well as manuals....but to the guy that says which one is more fun is a matter of opinion. I dont think I agree.

Hey all,
Well I went and picked up my SOM WS6 tonight,and its adjusting to it's new home (garage).The engine and tranny run smooth but there are a few-hopefully minor issues.Thanks for the opinions and it feels good to be back in a ws6.

when I had my '01 A4 Formula I would walk ALL OVER similarly modded M6 LS1's at the 1/8 mile....now roll races on the street were a whole diff story, but still the A4 was just as fun as the M6

Great deal... I say get it, stall it, and pound on some of these M6 guys...
Let's not even go there with the A4 M6 debate... That could take all day...
I prefer the stalled A4 and i have had both...
Light to light, drag strip, similar mod's.. i'll rape the M6 everytime... All of the M6 guys are "From a roll" Let's go from a roll"....
Like the M6, the 4L60E can be upgraded..i.e level4...Rossler,FLP,RPM...
Oh, and in terms of gas mileage... You definately got us there...! However, i took my stalled A4 on a long road trip Dallas to wisconson & avg'd 24 mpg and drove 325 miles on a tank of fuel...
Back to the post... Buy the car... or tell me where it's at...

Im really happy you got the car man! thats a really good deal for such a nice looking car and WS6 at that. **** i had a A4 and it hauld ***!
i bet its under 400 to fix every thing on that car besides rock chips!
