It very much depends on the tires. My stock RS-As would chirp like crazy. Every tire I bought after didn't chirp at all. Even if the car did get sideways though, the tires would spin quietly. So yeah, never let the tire chirping determine the speed of a car. After 8 years of ownership and not even full bolt ons, my car feels like a complete frickin turd. With that being said, if I let a friend drive it and I ride shotgun, it actually surprises me. My friends get mad at me when i complain about my car being slow because it's the fastest thing they ever ride in. It's still too slow though.
