Green Stuff??

This is a newbie qusetion for sure!! How come sometimes when I get sick (ya know like a cold), my poop turns green? I am not talking about just **** green, I am talking about glow in the dark green poop. I could light up the bathroom with this stuff!! WTF!!! Oh and the smell is something out of a horror movie!! Just a break from all of the tech stuff!! You all have a good day!!

Yea lol, one night I drank four 20 ounce bottles of water with those little tubes of powdered flavoring you put in it, I used cranberry with caffiene. I thought I **** blood the next morning, seriously I was about to go to the hospital it was so red. That mix also stains your fingers up pretty good.
