It's pretty funny how alot of people that are giving advice to this guy are only a couple years older and think they have lots of experience. I'm only 22 and after driving my car for 3 years I still get nervous when pushing my car to its limits. All I can say is be as cautious as you can and don't be an idiot especially when you think you should have to impress your friends for some reason. From the story above thats exactly what happened to him (trying to impress his friends).
and i don't know who ur calling spoiled. Working 6 days a week, and im still not making enough to do anything accept drive and pay bills.
most of the young people on this forum probly know more about there car then some more elderly people! im only 17 but i know almost evry aspect of my car but not everything, i actually had to work my *** off losing 50lbs in 5 months, and my car was also for my birthday present as well, i hav always wanted a camaro since i used to go to the dealerships when i was 11 years old, i opened all the camaros hoods every time at the dealer, i also do my own maintanence and answer questions in the maintanece forum, so yea many of us may not hav bought our car but sure as hell done something good enough to get one.
