cutout open or close?

I've personally seen a difference with the cutout open at the dyno. Open cutout on 2nd pull gave it 8hp more compared to it closed on 1st pull so it definitely helps.

well ran the car tonight but was only able to do one pass,so i ran the car with the cutout closed and the car ran 13.2 @109 with a 2.2 60ft so I might be a able to do a lilttle better.next time i'll try it open and have my slp lid.
