i hooked up the autotap to my car and there were three codes. and damnit for the life of me i cant remember the numbers on two of them, but one was MAF circuit low, and the other two were just codes, with no explanation of what they were.???? so...and yes the IAT sensor is plugged in. are you guys talking about not touching the wire mesh on the MAF ??

Were the other codes for 02's maybe? If they were, something easy to check is for an open ENG SEN fuse - they're on the same circuit as the MAF and that's one item to check for P0102. Just a guess....

If by wire mesh you're talking about the honeycomb screen, you can touch that obviously. DO NOT however touch the delicate sensors on the MAF.. There are 2 horizontal bars with several small sensors across it. The wires stick up and and down on the bar. DON'T TOUCH THOSE. Hope that helps

i have a k&n in my car, i let the filter sit in the sun for 3 hours to dry it out a tad. and no codes thrown...

yea P0102 was one and P0112 was another.
