well yea hopefully i go to the track sometime soon, but to tell u guys the truth i was very surprised how good my cheapo bfg's gripped! when i was watching my buddy he just gripped and went, he actually used the clutch to launch it, like how u guys discribed and he launched it at 3k, then i hear some guy just say "wow thats a fast camaro" hahah cuz it was keeping up with some turbo coralla that had a wheelie bar and sliks lol man the corolla and my car WERE DEAD EVEN, until of course 3rd gear, but the corolla ran 12.5 at 115mph

102+ mph is good for low 13s at least with a decent 60 foot.
102 is absolutely not the norm for low 13's. 105-107....is what will get you there in a stock trim car.

High 13's - low 14's with a 102mph trap.

do u guys think i could have ran better!! im so angry i hope i would be in the 13's O and also my friend got one run in my car too, but he missed 3rd! ok his times were R/T .765, 60' 2.1, 1/8 8.989, at 69mph and his 1/4 was 15.9 at 61mph!! he rolled all the way down the track after 2nd gear, and he was keeping up with a 12sec corolla! do u guys think i would have ran 13's?? thanks o and i had all the mods in my sig except some suspension things
Your car is capable of mid 13's id say. Your sixty was terrible but thats ok. You should be able to get down to a 2.2 60 foot time and that alone would bring you down nearly a full second. Your trap speeds are fine. Practice your launch and shifting techniques.

My first run ever at the track in an M6 was in my 95 LT1 and I ran a 15.2. Within passes I was already in the 13's. It was all in my 60's.

firstly don't worry about the reaction time as the track doesn't start the time till you leave the line. second, you should with your mods be able to get a 2.1 or better 0-60 ft. you should be in high 13's. just figure that every 1/10 of a sec off the 0-60 ft time is equivelant to 2/10 in the 1/4 mile time
