Use mobil 1 full syn, Oil is one thing you dont wanna go cheap on when it comes to your car. Hell it cost me $70 in supplies to do a oil change here in hawaii, I doubt it is that bad were you are at.

I've used Mobil one for years, I've been running it in my Jeep since I got it in '00, and I did my first oil change in my 'Bird with it.

After reading some things about Mobil 1 no longer being fully synthetic, I think I'll be switching to German spec Castrol.

I would like to try this German Castrol stuff. I have never seen it in stores though and am too lazy to look for it.

Mobil 1 5W-30 for me though

castrol syntec 10w30 for me. and a acdelco PF 61 oil filter. cant go wrong.
