Default overall set up question

I have a 98 TA with mods in sig, and i recently purchased a 98 camaro with a 386 stroker set up with patriot stage II heads, BBK intake, 234/234 112lsa cam, 3000 stall and 3.73 gears. My plan is to swap the motor from the camaro to the TA and the TA motor into the camaro and resell the camaro. My question is do i want the smaller stall and the 3.73 gears from the donor car or should i stick with my 3500 stall and 3.42 gears?

the stall and gears would compliment the stroker nicely.

larger stall and gears i would think with that engine. hell i have less cubic inches and more stall and gear than both options you presented, but mine is a track car
