Default Idle problem

When I put my car in park the idle goes up and down, sometimes it will settle out but other times it just keeps going.

I had a SLP MAf I have the stock in it now it might be part of your problem?
but get some CRC maf cleener and spray everything. Dont bother removing the screen but also try putting your old maf in after you cleen it and see if that helps along with the throttle relearn process. the old maf is good for 500 hp with the screen.
but also like said above check for vacume leaks also I'm just throwing ideas out thier.

Consider changing your spark plugs and wires, I did everything that people mentioned above and it didnt solve anything, it also wasnt throwing codes. I changed the plugs and wires and now it runs very smooth.....
