Texas Speed's True Duals is the only way to go. LM's are quiet on stock LS1's and sound horrible with mods.

well what i was thinking of doing was just buying the resonator itself and welding it on right before my cut out, not really thinking of installing the whole system, but i dont know if it will make a difference since it will be right before the cut out?

What'd your brother run a 21.52? Ha! That reminds me of my boy that had a 89 318 BMW on 20's that ran a 17.9 in the quarter. That was pretty funny because he thought it was so fast gefore he took it to the track.

Trooper your car sounds good, I don't know what it is but most of the time when I hear SLP catbacks paired with LTs and ORY they sound like crap. Your setup is the few that I've liked nice time too!

He ran 19.79@63mph He knows it's not fast, he has a retarded sense of humor. It's a 300 inline 6, 3 on the tree.
He wore a helmet. got a lot of laughs.

My TSP duals exit in front of the rear tire. They are tucked pretty well. The X-pipe will drag before anything else
but they sound really nice to me. LT's, high flow cats, and powersticks. Pretty inexpensive. I like the fact that the combo of cats and powersticks keeps the drone to almost 0 when its under 1800rpm. If you have the windows down passing a car or etc, you can feel the pressure on your eardrums when the exhaust is facing the car. That's at WOT of course. I'm not gonna lie though, its 4ucking loud. It's a good loud though. None of that metal on metal clackity poppity bullshit like open headers. That sound should be for the dyno/track only imo.

I agree with everyone about LM1 sounding like crap with headers and no cats. However, the sound of open headers is AMAZING. I would run my car like that everyday if i could.

MAGNAmouth has got my vote, i bought my car with LM1 and it drove me nuts, popped a mangaflow bullet in place of the shotgun bullet and now it sounds much better. A tiny bit quiter and considerable less drone and rasp

^That's what I'll be doing soon. You can hear in the video that it sounds like open headers, not too bad at wot. What you can't tell by the video is I was easily the loudest street car there. It was so loud it was funny.
