Default Polyurethane Tranny mounts?

I bought a polyurethane tranny mount for my 99 T/A are they any good? I heard poly anything suck. My stock one broke after a tune, but besides a borla exhaust, a hp tune, slp lid, its stock.

I can't use them. I put one on my 98 TA and the vibration was bad especially around 90-110 mph. The whole dash will vibrate. I replaced the U joints since one was bad and same deal happened. I went and got the OEM mount and problem solved.

Same here except my vibration started around 50 MPH.. Went back to OEM and no problems.. Hard to say why some cars are ok with it and others aren't..

poly mounts are stiffer and therefor relate vibrations better. because you went back to the stock mount doesnt mean whatever was vibrating has stopped.

poly mounts are great, i had a poly trans mount in my car for 2 years, no problems

youll have a little bit more vibration, but its worth it. if your shifter moves at all during hard accelerations, it will eliminate that.

Running solid motor mounts + stock tranny mount = no shifter movement + no NVH!!
EDIT- tranny mounts take about 15 minutes for install. VERY easy.

Basically, its super easy to install. Support the rear of the tranny, drop the crossmember, unbolt the old one, throw in the new one, replace crossmember and you're good to go.

I have an ES mount in my car, no problems or complaints here.
