I can't do anything but replace the entire pipe, which is $139. Could I just rig the two pieces back together somehow? Tape? ?? lol.

I am assuming that you are talking about the one on the driverside valve cover. My advice would be to just delete the PCV system entirely. Just run a breather inplace of the oil fill cap. If you want to you can run a second breather on the driver side. I only run on in place of the oil cap. You will need to buy vaccum caps and plug off the vaccum points. Should be four total. In doing this it really cleans up the engine bay and stops the possibility of getting oil into your intake.
The only draw back to this is that you will need to change your oil every 3k miles.

Go down 2 the parts house and buy a single spark plug wire( 0R if you have an old set from like an old 350 ... With a 90 deg boot on the end.... pull it off the wire and now you have a 90 deg easy fix ...

hey man the same thing happened to mine. i went to o'reilly's and bought a similar boot. i think it was for a chrysler. it looked very close to the old one but not quite. just take yours in there and find the closest fit. it fit right on and problem solved. it cost $5. good luck man.

It wraps around the back of the intake onto the PS and about halfway down the engine it splits off into a Y. One part goes to the PS valve cover and the other side goes into the PS of the intake.

Well, I put a piece of hose on it awhile back, and it seems to have fixed it. But recently I've been smelling a little smoke sometimes when I'm at idle with the AC on. I popped the hood just a few minutes ago and did confirm that a small amount of smoke was coming out every so often. I guess I'll have to look at the hose we put on there initially.

yeah I got smoke or gas coming out of the same 90 degree part... (the broken one in the picture above) but guys, how can I take it off? do I have to take off the valve cover?!
Thanks

I don't think so. But that piping goes all the way around the back of the engine. Getting the entire thing in and out will be a pain. I just put a new hose inline to fill in the gap. It's worked fine for me. I'm going to put a couple wire ties on it tomorrow.

Hmm seems to be pretty common. I had mine break a couple weeks ago. Just went to the parts store, bought some vacuum tubing, a new valve and clamped it all together. works completely fine so far, although it looks like the vacuum in the system partially collapses the hose when it's at idle, but no other adverse effects on running.
