go with ARH or Kooks, if you want to spend the money and get them done right the first time.

Some can fit with no modifications to the body. My pacesetters slipped right in, after I jacked it high enough. I'm not sure how different the vert stuff is though..

What's your budget?

And I vote you try to do it yourself. It's fairly simple and a lot cheaper. You can save the $300 in labor to get top of the line stainless steel headers. Plus, you get the peace of mind knowing it was done right.

To my knowledge, the verts aren't any different up front than the rest of them. It's in the back with subframes and springs that are different. I haven't seen a header yet that said it wouldn't fit verts. As far as the crossmember, it's in the way on all of them lol.

In regards to the question on budget there is no budget I would just like it to be done right the first time. I want to do the work myself but i do not have a place to do it, plus i am a newbie. Really dont want to mess up my car.

i know what you are talking about. There is this X brace that runs across the middle. The Y wont fit if it is sill there. I just took it off and said the hell with it. I have SFCs anyways.

I have a vert and went Pacesetters w/ ORY and there was 0 problems.

of you have any questions or anything just shoot me a pm. I did it myself

You should be good to go. Convertables have subframe connectors from the factory but they shouldn't be in the way.

Pacesetters are good and cheap, that's what I'd do.

He said he wanted it done right, I would not recommend pacesetters, you will be replacing them in 2-3 years or they will look like ****. Pick up 100% stainless slp kooks ect.

I know I'm probably gonna get flamed for this, but I had the XS Stainless Steel long tube headers on mine and it sounded awesome, and woke the car up nicely... I have several friends with these cars, and they all wanted to know what kind of headers I put on because It sounded awesome. best part was I picked up stainless headers for just over $400 I know I can't mention non-sponsors in here, but if you want to know where to get them... PM Me

I used the kooks. They are the best.Kinda pricey. If you plan on keeping your car buy the kooks. If your on a budget get pacesetters or hooker.

i would go with american racing headers their motto "the better header" says it all. i have the 1-7/8 primary to a 3inch collector and they fit good they scrape less than my old exhaust and **** i went from stock manifolds and with the headers and a good tune my car picked up 80rwhp(probably cause its a 383) but still they sound killer they are a little more exspenssive but it's better to do it right the first time than wasting money on something your gonna have to change down the road. my advise spend the money and do it right the first time.
