Im in phx az and its all power and the interior and exterior are probably about 8.5 to a 9 its a really clean car. I doubt im gonna get a dealer to drop a grand on the price. Its got the clean car fax and I checked it out its been pretty well taken care of the first owner had it for about 7 yrs and the second for not even a month and the third had it the rest of the time now the dealer owns it. What should i look at in this car I don't know much about LS1's but I really wanna get into one. I drive an lt1 94 camaro right now and this opti trouble is makin me want to move on to the ls1

Just say you'll give him 8,000 for it first or thats all you can get but you realy want the car ya know. Tell him the Miles are too much for what he is asking somthing like that. but if you have the cash and you think its worth it to you buy it as is f it.

That is just a bit high. I would like to see that around 8k. On the other hand it is a dealership and not a private seller. You are going to pay more at a dealer, bottom line. You may be able to talk him down a bit. Just make sure you give the car a good inspection before you buy it. Look for signs of a wreck (carfax is not 100% accurate). Look for signs of repainting like overspray, or panels not matching up. Open the doors and see if replacement quarters have been welded in due to a wreck. Check for leaks, smoke, ticks and noises. Make sure the tranny shifts healthy and the rear end is not loud. Just be sure you are not buying a money pit. The dealer will bs all day to get your money. You have to look out for yourself. Good luck.

i talked the salesman down from 14,000 to 11,200 on mine plus made them fill it up andfix all the little scratches.usually they have a quota they try to meet so at the end of the month is a good time to by but you just missed that.or go in on a rainy day when no one else is there and they might be more motivated to make a deal.the trick to getting them down is acting like you dont give a **** if you buy the car or not.dont let'em know you have to buy the car or you'll die.let'em know theres thousands of other cars out there on the net and locally.they may want 9900 but almost always what someone wants and what someone gets is 2 different things.it would help if you had cash in hand as well.in my region the car is valued around 9300-9500.figure out what your max is before you talk to them and if they cant come down to your max walk away.
