ls6 intake?

Do I have to purchase a LS6 manifold if i put a cam in my ls1?

dont have to no, but you wont see as much power gains from a cam by leaving the ls1 intake on

thats what i figured..thanks..guess ill be pickin one up there pretty cheap anyways

your looking at 10 to 15 more with the ls6 intake somthing like that not a bunch but its worth it.

Correct you don't have to, but your cam will not be as efficient with the factory ls1 intake. I would strongly recommend getting one while your doing the cam swap. The ls6 gains 15hp on a stock ls1, with a cam it will be slightly more.

Yea Might As Well Change That Intake Its Hurting You More Than Helping You Its Starving The Engine But You Will Feel The Difference When You Put The Cam In And The Intake You Should Gain Around 30hp
