Default Anti-Freeze leaking?

Well guys i turned my car off today and found it to be profusely leaking what appears to be antifreaze. It sprayed it all over the battery and whatnot out of what i believe is the overflow(says engine coolant on the cap.) My question is this: What would cause it to spray antifreeze like that? I just had new cats and MAF put in the car. I added water and started it back up, and my car appeared to be running normal(no more leaking or "spurting out the overflow" that im aware of). My temp gauge was normal(right at 205/215) I am planning on getting the radiator flushed and new coolant put in tomorrow.(To all you guys wholl say do it yourself, I know its doable but Id rather pay someone to do it right.) Does anyone have any idea why this may have happened? When i left the dealership i smelled what i now believe to be antifreeze, but didnt notice it leaking? When I noticed it leaking it probably dumped about a quart or more out. Thanks for any help!

prolly a clogged line, if they flush it then that will more than likely fix it. Make sure its a full flush and not just a radiator flush.

yea a complete flush will push all the **** out and clear the lines, i had a customer come in to sears auto and had the same problem, pulled the hose and nothing came out, did the flush then pulled the hose off the coolant machine and started coming out again.

a complete flush is where they hook up the hose to the thermostat and push coolant through forcing the old out and the new in, then sucking the old out through the radiator.

Coming out of the overflow sounds like a bad radiator cap. The cap is not releasing pressure like it should.

It sounds like it may be worth paying someone to do...but i guess it really depends on how you define a PITA.

there is really nothing you can do yourself, its a thing that a machine only can really do. Unless you got a coolant exchange machine lol. Sears auto center charges 69.99 to do it.

I just hope it will fix my problem! Is that 69.99 for a complete flush or just a radiator? I might get a new radiator cap as well just in case...thoughts?
