Makes sense to go with the ssra and the lid,ssra brings more air in from the bottom, lid bring more air in because removes baffles, also, has anyone done the swiss cheese thing where you drill holes in the side of the air box, my ls1 guy did it to mine and said he has seen it add 7 rwhp, if you dont know what i am talking about i can post pics, it seems to make sense, i does allow the air intake to draw air in from a place it coudnt before.

Most of the kits shine at the track not on a dyno at the track I gained 2/10 ths of a secound and 3mph right after I did the install thats huge IMO I also have a lid.

i bought mine after doing headers, with the stock one the car wasnt getting enough air flow and would hesitate when WOT, with the fast toys lid it pulls alot hard and theres a hude difference in top end. just my 2cents
