save your money and just get a lid off of a member here, and do the Free ram air mod (www.installuniversity.com) and spend the rest of the money on a ported throttle body or some headers!

Default air box

you can't do a "ram air" mod it's already been done stock.
i'd go with slp air lid, smooth bellows. t.b. coolant bypass!

yes you can, the stock Ram Air is less effective than the FRA with a SSRA or FTRA. the stock hood is more an appearence mod than anything.

Search SSRA and FTRA. FTRA is Fast toys ram air, a duct that goes under the nose of the car and routes air into the air box. SSRA is now the austin ram air and its pretty much the same thing, only made out of plastic instead of FTRA aluminum.
Lid, smooth bellows(or fernco if brave), PTB and TB bypass. Make sure the lid is sealed too. I have the FIPK(previous owner) and I hate it. Looks like *** and for the life of me I cant figure out how its supposed to work!
