Default Steering wheel shakes when braking

So I have only owned my Trans Am for about a year and a half and I don't drive it all that much but I'm noticing that when I'm going 60+ mph and then apply the brakes the steering wheel shakes. Typical F-body or potential issue? BTW all wheels are balanced and the car is aligned.

Check your rotors bro. They might be warped....

Sounds like you need to have your brake rotors turned. They could be warped a little

If you're on the stock rotors I wouldn't even waste my time turning them, they'll warp again. Buy some brembo blanks and be done with it.

Make sure the caliper slide pins are moving freely when you have the rotors turned/replaced. They tend to get stuck and will warp the rotors quickly if not fixed. I had one frozen on each side of my front calipers.

If the brakes pulsates a bit as well then the caliper pins are frozen. Been there and done that twice with my car.
