Depends on your idea of "fully functional", and which hood you're getting.
For a factory hood, you really only need to remove the baffles. You might also want to get a ram air lower airbox (taller). Then you might want to look into the JAAM Ram Air system at Fast Toys, or make your own seal.
I think it's Suncoast Creations that has their own intake system.

Like WS6addiction said you can get the JAAM. But really it's not gonna help you gain very much HP. Find a OEM ws6 hood or buy a ws9 or superhawk hood from us exotics. Thay have biddings on ebay for them two hoods all the time. I'm gonna assume your stock so I think once you get a ram air hood leave it at that and buy a lid then exhaust.
