Re: MTI lid!!! I have MTI clear lid on my WS6 (raised airbox) and it fits like crap. If I could do it again I'd go with TSP. However, the MTI lid once installed looks awesome. I love it but it was a serious pain in the but to get on.

It was the original lid then others have tried to duplicate. I have seen it first hand, other lids make less power on the dyno then changed out to a MTI lid and pick-up 5-10hp with in mins. If you need to see it for yourself. At most places you get 2 dyno pulls, and I will volunteer my MTI Lid for some testing.

Picked up 16 rwhp on the Dynojet between back to back pulls. That dyno graph is posted in this section a couple weeks back or less.

Re: MTI lid!!! no joke! i was gunna order the SLP lid when i order the loud mouth friday of next week. didn't think there could be that big a difference from lid to lid. guess 'ill walk over and pick one up

.....plus easier to see if you have any gaps on the way your air lid sits!!.......and you can also see if you have crap stuck on your MAF!!....that is you might not need to if your lid is tightly secure!!!

I thought I had to replace the lid with an open piece like the WS6
