i paid 20k for my 02 ws6. but this was 2 years ago. and it had 13k miles. and one female owner. so this probably doesn't help answer your question at all. but at least you picked a good car!

For my clean DD (at the time) 99 Z28 in June of 05', I paid 9k with 61k on the clock. Shes still around with 81 on it. This was for a hardtop auto though. Looking back, I should have went with the 6 speed/t tops.

if you're satisfied with the car and can afford it then in my opinion you didn't get ripped off... don't let others sway your mind on things like this... someone is always gonna come out and be like i got my 02 ws6 with 20k on it for $9000!!!... well hooray for you!... there's really no definite answer to this question anyway... so if you're happy don't worry about it and just have your fun

$15k for an 02 Formula, M6, 32k miles, black on black, original owner. It is what I wanted at a fair price, so I bought it. There's no need to worry over a grand or two.
That seems like a fair price on your ws6.
