$6.68 at advance auto, only place I checked. They probably have to order it but they usually get things the next day, even on sunday if you ordered it now. http://www.partsamerica.com/productd...pe=520&PTSet=A

Part number is 12552542 for 98 thru 2002. I'm suprised GM couldn't get one for you.

Well I guess GM parts guy correct. I checked my microfiche and that part ain't listed. If it's just an O ring any autoparts store should carry it. Just bring the old O ring with you or the whole throttlebody with you so you get the proper size. Good Luck bro.

No it,s not an o ring, it,s a small seal that goes in the bearing bore and seals around the throttle shaft. I wonder what the other guys who are powdercoating are doing because I don,t think there is any way to remove this seal without damaging it?????

I'm going to my GM dealer tomorrow to pick up my thottle position sensor so I'll ask my parts guy. I've been dealing with him for over 10 years so I'll see if I can get a parts # for ya.
