Default Gears or Stall??

I have 2000 z28 a4 with 2.73 gears, longtube headers, ory, loudmouth exhaust, slp flowpac, and predator programmer and nitto drag radials. I would like to know what mod would drop my et the most. 3.73 gears or 3200 to 3600 stall, let me know what you think and lets see some results.

i have checked out the automatic transmission section, but considering this deals with two different areas of the car I figured posting it here I might get more responses

A stall is going to drop up to .5 off your ET with a good launch. 3.73's will give you maybe .1-.2, but they won't make the car nearly as fun to drive as a stall will. Going with a bigger stall converter really wakes the car up. It's a night and day difference. Either one will affect your gas mileage a little bit, but mostly just because your foot will get a little heavier...

I went from 13.5 to 12.9 with the addition of a 3500 stall converter. The only other mods to the car were a Hooker catback and SLP lid. This was with stock 3.23 gears.
